Peanut Butter Bomb Smoothie Recipe

1 cup almond or oat milk

2 tablespoons rolled oats

2-3 pitted Medjool dates, to taste (you can get these at Bulk Barn or in the baking aisle at the grocery store. They add the sweet to the recipe)

1 tablespoons chia seeds

1 tablespoon peanut butter

A pinch of ground cinnamon

A splash of pure vanilla extract

5-6 ice cubes

Blend it up in a high speed blender, combining all of the ingredients until smooth!
