A: No, each individual is unique, which is why we create and support you through an individualized plan to meet your goals.

A: This program is customized to your needs, and we feel strongly that your success is not defined by your weight loss necessarily.
Q: Do I have to exercise?
A: One of our 4 Pillars is Movement, and one of the ways we can start loving our bodies is through movement. We encourage some form of exercise daily, whether it be a walk, gentle stretching, and then gradually working your way up to more advanced and challenging workouts that your body can handle.
Q: What do check-ins look like and how often?
A: During your first month with us, you will have an appointment each week. At month 2 and 3, you will check-in for regular Weight Management Appointments with us bi-weekly. Once you reach month 5 and 6, you will check-in monthly with us for your Weight Management Appointment. Each of your appointments will be with one of our Registered Nurses, and we will be talking about your successes, challenges, lifestyle changes, and what your daily routine looks like. Majority of our patients choose to see us in-person, however we can work with your schedule and create some options for virtual or phone appointments as well.
Q: How is support offered outside of my appointments?
